At Flint Leather Company, we stand by our products and cover a *full two (2) year warranty from the day they were purchased, when used under normal conditions. Each product is handcrafted and if defects are found or happen, please contact us at info@flintleatherco.com.

Our limited warranty covers faults in workmanship and materials upon arrival or within two years. This doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear, and tear, or if you change your mind.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any Flint Leather Company product. Flint Leather Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Flint Leather Company product. The Flint Leather Company Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Proof of purchase is required in all warranty replacements, so please provide us with your order number and name so we can properly take care of you.

Customers are required to cover a small shipping fee upon return of a warranty replacement.

Will the leather change over time?

Our 100% full grain leather is tanned and imbued with natural waxes and oils, and the surface is not sprayed with a synthetic sealant, allowing it to develop a beautiful patina over time and use. Your favorite everyday carries will be able to tell tales of its adventures all by itself. And that is the true beauty of leather. For best long term care, use a quality leather conditioner.

How are our items different from other leather items?

The 100% full grain leather used in our items is made in a traditional style dating back to 1905. We love real, old style leather. Our items embody the adventurous spirit and most of our items offer free customization, so that you can put a little bit of your personality into your everyday carry. We're doing all of this at a price point that is substantially lower than most of our competitors in the high quality leather goods market. Affordable and durable. Will the leather scratch?

Short answer, yes. Designed with 100% full grain leather that will scuff and mark with use. If you always want a (fake) perfect finish, this is not the item for you. But, if you are after the perfect authentic leather patina that tells a story all in and of itself, this is absolutely the item for you.
