Our limited warranty covers faults in workmanship and materials upon arrival or within two years. This doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear, and tear, or if you change your mind.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of the use of any Flint Leather Company product. Flint Leather Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Flint Leather Company product. The Flint Leather Company Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Proof of purchase is required in all warranty replacements, so please provide us with your order number and name so we can properly take care of you.

Customers are required to cover a small shipping fee upon return of a warranty replacement.

Our 100% full grain leather is tanned and imbued with natural waxes and oils, and the surface is not sprayed with a synthetic sealant, allowing it to develop a beautiful patina over time and use. Will the leather scratch?

Short answer, yes. Designed with 100% full grain leather that will scuff and mark with use. If you always want a (fake) perfect finish, this is not the item for you. But, if you are after the perfect authentic leather patina that tells a story all in and of itself, this is absolutely the item for you.
